Step2 :

After you get ppsspp emulator completely  then get a game of ps2 from this. website https://www.emulatorgames.net/roms/playstation-portable/  and get any game you like .

Step 3 : 

extract game by using Winrar or 7 zip at any folder you want then go to ppsspp emulator and open it , load the game which you extract and finally you can play your favourite PS2 game on your low end PC.
