First to fall we discuss that how pimple appears on our skin...,

Our skin consists of small pores and these pores are clogged with dead skin cells and dirt,which is responsible for  Pimples and Acne.Because of the Harmonal changes in Teenagers,sebaceous glands became more active,which is responsible to the pores blockage,and hence becomes Acne and Pimple.So,that's why we bring for you, very easy 3 steps Remedies.

1st Step :Steaming

. Take a bowl of boiling water and a spotless Towel.

. Presently check this Steam with the assistance of your hand, you should check the amount Steam you can take.

. Now take Steam with the help of clean Towel.

. Remember, take Steam according to your limit.

These Steam will open your Skin pores.

2nd Step : Cleaning and Moisturizing

. For cleaning and moisturizing we need Rose water and a Cotton ball.

. Now take a bowl and add some Rose water and dip Cotton ball in it and wipe your face, specially the affected area.

Rose water works like a Toner, it diverts out the entrance oil from our Skin.

. Now we will moisturizing our face with the Aloe Vera Gel, take the Aloe Vera Gel in your clean hand.

. Remember it by putting it gently on your face, do not rub it.

. Now let it dry for a while until dry, make sure do not put anything on your face 1 to 2 hours.

. It is 1 to 2 hours we have moisturizing.

3rd Step : Spot Treatment

For this step we will tell you 2 optional remedies.You can follow any one of them remedy.

1st Remedy

For the first Remedy we will take:

1. One tablespoon Fuller's Earth.

2. One teaspoon Turmeric.

3. Half teaspoon honey and for the paste Rose water or you can take water.

. . Presently combine these entire fixings as one and make a fine mixture.

. 1st pack is ready.Apply this pack with the help of earbud or finger, where Pimple or Acne are located.

. Make sure do not rub the pack on pimple just tap the pack on pimple.

In the Fuller's Earth, there is Oil absorbing properties which helps in reducing Pimples and Acne, as well as an exfoliation agent that removes dead skin cells.

Turmeric contains anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties which kills Pimples causing bacteria

Honey contains sogginess expert it's smooth and thick surface makes our skin shining and fragile.

Rose water helps to hydrate our skin.

. Now let this paste dry well if you are going to sleep, so you dry it well so it does not spread.And after getting up in the morning, after washing it with ordinary water, you will see that this mixture offers a great deal of help in your Pimples.

2nd Remedy

For 2nd optional remedy we'll take:

1. Half teaspoon nutmeg powder, for this you'll need to grind nutmeg first.Or you can also use it by rubbing.

2. One teaspoon Sandal wood powder.

3. 2 to 3 Drops of Tea Tree oil.

4. Rose water.

. Now mix these ingredients together and make a fine paste and your paste is ready.

. Now also apply this paste on your affected area of skin and let it dry.

. After applying it overnight, waste it with clean water in the morning.

You'll see that it has given a good result just like the earlier remedy.

Nutmeg has anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties which reduce Pimple spot.

Sandal wood powder is a soothing ingredients that fresh our skin and prevents it from being Pimple again.

Tea tree oil contains anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties which kills Pimples causing bacteria and reduce Pimples causing bacteria and reduce Pimple.

Trust us, if you do this overnight you'll get best results.

Tips:

1. Keep your face clean at least you must wash your face twice a day.

2. You must have apply toner on your face after facewash and it turns out the access of Oil from your face.

3. Keep your skin hydrate and moisturize.

4. Wash your Towel and Pillow cover in a week, so that no dirt can affect your face.

5. Eat healthy, take healthy and balanced diet and drink more water than usual.
